  • I stand behind the importance of learning to tend to our sovereign bodies no matter WHAT! Having a self-paced school to dive into, not just as accountability but the reminder that we have everything we need right HERE.

  • We have an ongoing slack community for Q&A, shares, and any other type of connection! Imagine a room full of women who get it and are dancing in the depths WITH you. In this space, I will also randomly provide insight and love to bring in the mentorship aspect.

  • Since this journey is CYCLICAL, this is not about the linear timeline and is about coming back to the body over and over again. This is a journey into deeper coherence within and with life, I anticipate this space being beneficial for you for years to come.

  • While I do utilize the menstrual cycle phases, this is NOT cycle syncing.. it is cycle BREAKING! It is a reclamation and remembrance of our inherent wholeness… without the need of strict protocol. A teacher of mine says it beautifully “Womb wisdom is YOU wisdom.”
